How to style your coffee table: Coffee table two ways, part 1

To me coffee table is one of the most important focal points of your home. It serves so many functions, but mostly it attracts conversations and connects people. I love organizing my trinkets on the table and displaying beautiful flowers.
Books have always been a great way to add interest and height to objects you are displaying. They help you generate a visual balance between different sides of the table.

As you know I love trays and I enjoy grouping items by displaying them on a tray. In this example I put together some decor magazines, coasters, candle and pink flowers. These tulips add a little color to the otherwise rather mono-chromatic color scheme.
